🌱 Harvest mini cabbages when they are young for best flavor. Harvest regularly to encourage continuous production.

Step 1: Sow seeds
💧 Soak the seeds in clean water for 4 to 6 hours, then incubate them for 10 to 12 hours until they germinate. Afterward, sow them in the soil.
🌱 After about 1-2 weeks, the seedlings will develop 2-3 leaves.
🌿 At this stage, add organic fertilizer or green manure to promote healthy vegetable growth.
Step 2: Care for the Plants
🌿 When the mustard plant has 5-6 leaves, space the plants about 10-20 cm apart to promote healthy growth.
🌱 Add more rice husk ash or earthworms to enrich the soil, and apply a small amount of urea diluted with water.
💧 Water in the cool afternoon to stimulate growth during this stage and ensure the plants thrive.
Step 3: Harvesting
🌱 After 45 – 50 days, when the plant reaches a height of 25–30 cm and starts producing multiple side shoots, it is ready for harvest.
✂️ Use a sharp knife or scissors to cut the shoots at the base, right where they connect to the main stem. To allow the plant to regrow, leave the main stem intact and avoid damaging it.
📆 Harvest every few days by cutting a few shoots at a time to encourage steady growth and prolonged yield.
